2025 Season Memberships - Terms and Conditions
Promo Code Ticket Usage:
- As a 2025 Season Member, you will receive a unique Promo Code redeemable for up to 4 tickets. The Promo Code can be applied flexibly:
- 1 ticket for 4 separate shows
- 4 tickets for a single show
- 2 tickets for two shows, or any combination totaling 4 tickets.
- Each ticket is valid for any show up to a ticket price of $25. For tickets priced above $25, the balance must be paid by the member.
- The Promo Code will be sent via email to the registered email address. If you lose or require assistance with the Promo Code, please contact VIP@cloverdaleperformingarts.com.
- Show availability and seating are subject to change based on demand.
Account Requirements:
- To redeem the discount, you must purchase tickets using your SimpleTix account, which will store the necessary information for applying your Promo Code. You may also email VIP@cloverdaleperformingarts.com to make purchases or for additional assistance.
Cancelled Performances:
- If a performance is cancelled, your ticket will be transferred to a rescheduled date, or you will receive a Promo Code of equivalent value for future use.
Non-Refundable Membership:
- All 2025 Season Memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Membership Expiration:
- 2025 Season Membership benefits, including Promo Code use, will expire at 11 PM on December 31, 2025. Unused tickets after this date will no longer be valid.
Early Access and Discounts for 2024 Shows:
- Discounts on 2024 tickets will be available immediately upon completing payment for the 2025 Membership.
Beverage Purchase
- Two drinks per ticket only apply to the main stage shows (1984, The Sugar Bean Sisters, Clue, and Charlie Brown), Club 99 performance, New Year's Eve Party, and The One Act Festival. There is no additional discount on drinks at this time. Any unused drink tokens will not be transferred to another performance.
